Seattle – In two separate criminal cases, Western Washington artists pleaded guilty today to violations of the Indian Arts and Crafts Act (IACA) by representing themselves as Native American artists, when they have no tribal enrollment or heritage, announced U.S. Attorney Nick Brown.
