MM+M is in the winner’s circle yet again after taking home two Neal Awards Friday afternoon.

The 69th Jesse H. Neal Awards, handed out at a reception in New York City last week, honored achievement in business-to-business journalism.

The Neal Awards are hosted by the Software & Information Industry Association, a professional organization dedicated to connecting data, financial information, education technology, specialized content and publishing companies.

MM+M won for Best Art Direction for a Cover for a brand with revenue between $3 million and $7 million for the cover of Marketing’s LGBTQIA+ Blind Spot. Taking home the award was Sean Ayling, senior art director at Haymarket Media.

Additionally, Marc Iskowitz won for Best Range of Work by a Single Author for a brand with revenue between $3 million and $7 million. This marked Iskowitz’s second consecutive victory in the category.

Iskowitz contributes a range of analytical content regarding medical marketing to MM+M in the form of feature stories, breaking news articles and his 7-Day Supply weekly column. As a 14-year MM+M veteran, Iskowitz also hosts the MM+M Podcast and serves as a moderator for a litany of the brand’s industry events.

“As a media brand thriving in the worlds of both digital and print, MM+M is thrilled that its work in both arenas was honored at the Neal Awards,” said MM+M editor-in-chief Larry Dobrow. “We’re privileged to be able to showcase the work of Sean Ayling and his design team on a regular basis, as well as to publish Marc Iskowitz’s thoughtful commentary every week.”

In addition to MM+M, it was an exciting day for the broader Haymarket Media family as another brand also took home gold at the industry honors.

MM+M sister publication PRWeek won in the category of Best Podcast for editorial brands with revenue between $3 million and $7 million. This marked PRWeek’s third consecutive year with a Neal Awards victory, previously taking home honors for Best Website as well as VP, editorial director Steve Barrett being awarded the Timothy White Award for Editorial Integrity. PRWeek was also shortlisted for Best Range of Work by a Media Brand.
