LA GRANDE — Art can inspire many feelings in people and can even foster a sense of belonging.

Six new pieces of artwork will adorn the walls of Eastern Oregon University thanks to the efforts of the 2022-23 Speel-Ya club members. The hope is that the art will help create a sense of inclusion for current and future Indigenous students, according to Speel-Ya Club President Raelyn Williams.
