BOONVILLE — Be sure to mark your calendars for Thursday, Dec. 21, at 3:30 p.m. when Erwin Library is sponsoring cookie decorating with Santa Claus and the Sugar Plum Fairy from “The Nutcracker.”

Enjoy a great book by the fire. Afterward, you can decorate a cookie with your favorite toppings. Before leaving, Jordan Balash, owner of Jordan Balash Photography, will take photos for all who want pictures with Santa Claus and the Sugar Plum Fairy.
