Photographer Jan Griesenbrock of Waldoboro is artist of the month for January at Waldoboro Public Library, 958 Main St.

Griesenbrock’s photographic works are mostly about Waldoboro. “Around town we see the same things nearly every day. My photographic works show those same things — in a different way,” Griesenbrock said. “They may be from a different perspective, a different angle, different lighting all frozen in a fraction of a second at the time of exposure.”
