MARTINSBURG — Potomac Valley Audubon Society will host an interactive nature photography workshop from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, at Yankauer Nature Preserve located at 438 Whitings Neck Road, Martinsburg.

We invite your family to join us for an interactive nature photography workshop led by photographer Meg Faehl. During this workshop, you’ll learn how to use a DSLR camera to capture the beauty of nature. Children ages 10 — 16 must be registered to participate in this workshop. Accompanying adults (up to two per child) may attend for free. This is not a drop-off program, so an adult must be present at all times. PVAS will loan cameras to youth participants. Adults are welcome to bring a camera from home if desired. To store and keep photos to take home, SD cards are available to purchase with registration for $5. You are also welcome to bring your own SD card, but it must be formatted and cleared of all photos.

This event is $10 per youth ages 10 — 16 (PVAS members receive a 10% discount). Youth must be accompanied by an adult. Only the child needs to be registered. Registration is required and limited to 8 participants.
