As Allen County continues to celebrate turning 200 years old, the Allen County Bicentennial Executive Board seeks 15 qualified artists or artist teams to paint murals on fiberglass sculptures in late summer and early fall of 2024 as part of a bicentennial sculpture project titled ‘I’ Am Allen.
