Boise, Idaho, United States–The Big Idaho Potato Truck from Boise, Idaho, United States, currently on its 10th cross-country journey, travels the country promoting the certified heart-healthy Idaho Potato and its mission to help small charities in towns and cities with its A Big Helping program; weighing in at 4 tons, the fiberglass potato is 28 feet long and 11.5 feet high, thus setting the world record for being the World’s Largest Traveling Potato Sculpture, according to the WORLD RECORD ACADEMY.
