The University of The Permian Basin is set to unveil Fiona the Falcon, a stunning stainless steel sculpture with a 14-foot wingspan. Fiona will grace Fiona’s Court, a transformed quad featuring a limestone stage for performances, a food court with giant TV screens, and sustainable water and fire features.
