Rochester, N.Y. — The Flower City Arts Center is holding it’s biannual photography garage sale this weekend.

The event opened to the public on Friday in the Sunken Room Gallery.

The sale features everything photographic, from antique cameras, to different lenses, and accessories like tripods and developing tools. Organizers say they want the community to take advantage of a good bargain, while supporting a community arts center at the same time.

“People can come and use the darkrooms here, use our lighting studio, we have a digital lab, and all kinds of resources for people who want to pursue photography,” said Director of Photography and Arts at Flower City Arts Center Juliana Muniz.

All proceeds will benefit the Flower City Arts Center Photography and Digital Arts department, and the center’s Community Darkroom.

If you missed the sale Friday, it will run on Saturday Nov. 11 from noon to 5 p.m., and again on Sunday, Nov. 12 from noon to 4 p.m.
