
SHREVEPORT, La. – Family, friends and the community gathered today to honor the life and work of well known photographer Neil Johnson.
Johnson died last week after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 69 years old.
Johnson leaves behind a legacy of inspiring images depicting the beauty of Northwest Louisiana.
His most recent work is on display at Shreveport’s Government Plaza.
Those who wish to honor him are asked to consider donating to a local non-profit.
