Livingston native and professional photographer Larry Mayer was in Washington, D.C., earlier this month and attended the State of the Union address at the U.S. Capitol.
Mayer, 67, was the guest of U.S. Rep. Matt Rosendale, a Republican who represents Montana’s 2nd congressional district.
