BOONVILLE — Kelsey Charbonneau Photography is the newest business that’s located in the Boonville Professional Building at 105 East Schuyler Street, Boonville.

Charbonneau grew up in Floyd and graduated from Holland Patent Central School in 2014. She has an AA degree in American Sign Language, BA in psychology, and master’s in education, with a minor in photography.
