The light beyond light. Aldeburgh, Suffolk. I changed plans at the last minute and drove to this tree of light on Aldeburgh beach, which is put up every year in memory of loved ones. I recently lost my dad and even though he did not live in Aldeburgh, it felt like the perfect setting. Going there and thinking of him evoked some lovely memories, some of which felt new and some which took me back to my childhood, chasing a feather along the shore in the South of France
