NORFOLK – Norfolk Community Association, a nonprofit group dedicated to beautifying the town’s common areas, unveiled the first sculpture in its proposed Sculpture Walk last Saturday at Robertson Plaza. “Owl of Good Fortune” was created by local sculptor Jon Riedeman, who specializes in wildlife scu
